Mentoring/preceptorship includes the following for 1 birth client:

• 1 hour strategy session
•  30 minute chat prior to meeting their new client
• 30 minute chat after meeting with their new client to debrief and assist with planning for birth support
• Virtual assistance (text/phone) for one birth (I get asked to physically come and help a lot!)
• 30 minute debrief within 1 week after supported birth
